Bulletproof coffee

There is lots of hype lately about the “Bulletproof Coffee!” What’s the big deal? Well let me tell you! There are LOTS of good reasons to add it to your morning routine. Coffee has become the go-to drink among the fit and fabulous since it is a high performance drink which sharpens your focus and keeps you fuller for long period of time! Bulletproof Coffee is actually the choice of beverage for ketogenic dieters, however I like to drink this on daily basis even while following low carb diet.

From personal experience, I can agree that all the hype is so true! Bulletproof Coffee truly gives you a boost of energy, increases brain function, sharpens focus, non-jittery energy, high productivity, weight loss through ketosis, and appetite suppression! I can not believe how effective this coffee is- I usualy drink it at 7 AM before starting my day and keep going until at least 2 PM without feeling hungry! For those who need that extra boost or energy, I highly recommend this.

You may think why put butter / fats in coffee? Adding a calorie dense fat like coconut oil or ghee or butter to your coffee can combat coffee’s natural acidity, making it easier on your stomach and keeping you fuller for long time. I guarantee that once you try it you will be addicted! Not only dose it taste super delicious, it also has the nutritional values! I make this coffee two ways: The keto version vs the low carb version. It really depends on which on you want to try but both are great! I usually drink either version depending on the diet I am following.
