Spinach artichoke dip

Every time I go to a restaurant and spinach artichoke dip is on the menu, you can bet that I am ordering it! But I want this way too often only to have it when I go out to eat! I came up with this recipe to have restaurant quality dip at home, whenever you want. And let me tell you, you are going to love this hot spinach artichoke dip!

If you want to impress guests at your next holiday party, make this spinach artichoke dip! It’s creamy, cheesy, and rich with briny artichoke flavor. In fact, it’s so good that every time we make it, our family devours it standing at the kitchen counter. We can’t get enough!

Ingredients

3 oz softened cream cheese

1/2 cup frozen spinach (thawed and drained)

1/2 cup frozen artichoke hearts (thawed)

1/2 cup grated gouda cheese

1/3 cup mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup chopped scallions

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 tsp finally chopped garlic

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1/3 cup parmesan cheese

Method

In a chopper add all the ingredients and mix it until all uniform. Keep in in the fridge for 2-4 hours prior eating. If you like the dip warm then you can bake this at 400F for 25 minutes until its browed and bubbly. Serve with crostini, chips or veggies.

If you don’t want it browned, you can put it in the crockpot or instant pot on slow cook mode. We love it both ways.
