I feel like everyone has a recipe for a peanut butter chocolate chip cookies by now. If not, you are missing out on a life changing and delicious treat. This peanut butter recipe has always been favorite in this house. Honestly, they are usually gone by the next day, leaving me wondering if i should make a second batch or add more with the original recipe.
The best thing about these cookies is the fact that they take no time at all. They are pretty much foolproof. With in 30 minutes it comes in the form of perfectly soft and chewy goodness. Hope you all enjoy these cookies as much as we do!

Ingredients
2.5 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp light corn syrup
2 tbsp water
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups chopped semisweet chocolate chips

Method
Preheat oven to 375F. Stir together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. In your kitchen aid mixer, beat butter and peanut butter together for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Beat brown and white sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at time and add corn syrup, water and vanilla right after. Beat in flour mixture then fold all the chocolate chips.
Scoop out small dough balls in baking sheet. Bake until edges are golden or approximately 11 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
P.S. If you like your cookies chewy and gooey like me then remove right when the bottom edges just start to turn golden.
