Healthy Berry Smoothie

Can you ever have too many smoothie recipes? I don’t think so! I just love throwing ingredients in a blender and see the magic happen. This mixed berry smoothie is my sons current favorite, so I figured it was time I shared it with you too! It takes about five minutes to make and its packed with protein, fiber and antioxidants. It is HEALTHY nutritious drink perfect for mornings or evening snack. My kiddo loves to sip this smoothie after long exhausting play outside. 1 cup frozen mixed berries

1 cup vanilla almond milk

½ cup cottage cheese

1 tbsp granola or oats

2 tsp honey, adjust to taste

½ cup ice (optional)

For garnishing

½ tbsp chia seeds

Mint leaves



In a blender, add all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Garnish with chia seeds, mint leaves and berries.
